"BUT THERE’S SOMETHING ABOUT THE RAZOR-SHARP TUNES AND, WHISPER IT, TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY THAT SUGGESTS THAT, IN FACT, WHAT WE HAVE HERE IS A GROUP OF SMART COOKIES."
Brett Callwood, Westword
“We’re just a few smartass nerds that are here to play music, have some drinks and have some fun. Anything above and beyond that is a bonus.”
All Waffle Trick has no political agenda other than to party. Their punk manifesto can be easily summed up in three little words: Booze. Brunch. Tunes. With this in mind, they’ve been delivering their own brand of ska punk/pop punk since 2008, and have since shared stages with a long list of national and international touring acts such as The Bouncing Souls, Authority Zero, Mustard Plug, Be Like Max, and more.
Hailing from Denver, this power trio, anchored by Jeff Giles on guitar and vocals and Alex “Curly” Mark on drums and vocals, have been rocking stages all over Denver and beyond. 2015 saw the release of their full-length sophomore album, Part of a Complete Breakfast, and 2017 saw the addition of bassist James Battraw. Currently working on new material for their next albu, the band plans on continuing to serve up a full course of what they promise: a well-balanced, in-your-face yet wholesomely satisfying bellyful of punk with a side of hardcore kick-ass for your brunching pleasure.
